Having previously supplied PVC 2448 to act as a buffer around the loading bays at the Sainsbury’s store in Beckton we were approached to deliver a further solution.
The job brief was to eliminate the risk of the gap between vehicle and loading bay above the original buffer and to provide a visual warning to the driver and loaders.
As a solution, PVC 2448 was manufactured in bright yellow and fitted to the topmost area.
The yellow is clearly visible to the driver of the vehicle when reversing and it clearly defines the edge of the loading bay to those working upon it.
