Meet the Team: Kirsty Cowley, Sales Administrator

A warm Wilks welcome to Kirsty Cowley, Sales Administrator.

Kirsty joins the Wilks sales office alongside George, Debbie, Charlotte and Holly, looking after both Wilks and Flexiteek customers.

Tell us about your background. What did you do before joining the Wilks team? 

I started my office career as a Claims Adjuster in the oil and gas industry; I worked within this sector for 16 years before moving to engineering and construction.

Most recently, I worked as an Office Manager for a local groundwork company; this role saw me manage the business’s sales, marketing, and day-to-day office functions. 

What does your role as Sales Administrator involve? 

Working within the sales team, I am handling customer-led enquiries for both Flexiteek and Wilks products. This week I have been busy sending samples and raising quotations and invoices. I will be responsible for processing sales orders from order entry through to delivery, keeping the customer up to date with lead times throughout the process.

What do you do in your spare time? 

Out of work, I enjoy keeping busy in the kitchen and am a big fan of cooking and baking, whipping up treats for my family and friends. I also love to travel and explore new places around the world.

What are you looking forward to here at Wilks? 

I am really excited to be part of the Wilks team and am looking forward to a new challenge in my career. This position allows me to learn a new industry and grow my existing skills.
