De Antonio D37 Alinghi Redbull Racing Launches on Water
The limited edition De Antonio D37 Alinghi Red Bull Racing boat was recently launched on the water, consequently capturing attention worldwide.
Unveiled at boot 2024, the boat was developed as a tribute to the sailing racing team to the Alinghi sailing team, who recently clinched victory in the America’s Cup.
With only 37 units being produced, the D37 demonstrates high-quality craftsmanship and engineering. Propelled by two Mercury 400hp Racing version engines, it offers not just speed, but also exceptional agility and control on the water.
One of the key features of the D37 is its attention to detail. From the Wilks fendering to the Flexiteek 2G deck. Every aspect of this boat has been chosen for their approach to both form and function.
The Flexiteek 2G Bleached with White caulking deck, has a fine-grain finish, which not only enhances the boat’s aesthetics but also ensures a light-weight decking material that cools 30% cooler than other synthetic teak decking.
The D37 is also fitted with Wilks Click 80 fendering which features no visible fixings, creating a sleek and uninterrupted profile. Despite its minimalist design, Click 80 doesn’t compromise on quality or durability, providing both style and protection.
As the 37th Edition of the America’s Cup in Barcelona approaches, the D37 is ready to make an impression. The official event will not occur until September/October 2024. Although, De Antonio have already demonstrated their dedication to advancing sailing technology through their combination of innovation and performance.
